This unique home is located in a special part of Rotterdam. It concerns the hamlet of De Zweth, part of the Rotterdam District Overschie, adjacent to Midden Delfland between the meadows and the Delftse Schie. The location can be called central, located between 2 cities, namely Rotterdam and Delft. Both cities are within cycling distance. There is a bus connection with a stop near the house. So you really live "outside" here, but also very close to the urban facilities, with a fast connection to the highways.
Upon entering the house, the authentic details and the playful layout of the house immediately stand out. There are several fine living and sitting areas on different floors and there is a spacious central kitchen which is equipped with all modern conveniences.
